This early 19th-century table, with its hardwood bearers, was originally constructed to extend to 113" (287cms.) long by its 'push-pull' system.

We have sourced suitable antique mahogany to construct the second leaf. 

Since there is such a generous overhang to the table it would lend itself to be reduced in width to around 44" (112cms.) if required . This conversion would then provide an overall length of approximately 108" (274cms.). As a nine-foot table, it would comfortably seat ten.
